Choose your access

1. Access & delivery. Upon successful payment, an access code is issued by email and linked to your account once you sign in and activate it. Access runs for the duration stated for your chosen tier.

2. Non-refundable tiers. The 4-month, 12-month, and Exam Only tiers are one-time payments and are non-refundable once the access code has been issued, regardless of usage.

3. Monthly subscription. The Monthly tier renews automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current period already paid.

4. Device limit. Each access code may be used on up to two (2) devices at a time. A third device will be blocked.

5. No guarantee of exam outcome. This platform is a preparation and practice tool. It does not guarantee a pass in the real oral or written examination with your examining authority. Content is calibrated against official syllabuses at the time of writing, but you remain responsible for verifying current requirements before sitting the real exam.

6. Content accuracy. Maritime regulations and syllabuses change periodically. Always cross-check critical information against current official publications.

7. Fair use. Access is for individual personal use by the named subscriber, or — for bulk purchases — by the individual each code is distributed to. Sharing a single code beyond the device limit above is not permitted.

8. Company. This platform is operated by Educational Technologies Ltd.

9. Changes to these terms. These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
